Getting High on Their Own Supply: He's been taking his own hallucinogenic mushrooms for years, hence his bizarrely poetic turn of speech.Enemy Without: In a brief spike of narcotic whimsy, he briefly ponders if the player is his darker half made manifest in the physical plane.Death Faked for You: You can do this for him to get the bounty off his head, if you feel any sympathy for his position.Expy: For Cook Cook from Fallout: New Vegas, minus the rapist tendencies.Delinquent Hair: A small-time hood with red mohawk and Hot Blooded Sideburns.Going back to her with this information has her claim that she'd actually kicked his ass from one end of the Groundbreaker to the other - which one is true is up for debate.Turns out MacRedd and the commandant used to be a thing before he lost his ship. Connected All Along: If you convince him to hand over his lighter so you can claim his bounty without killing him, a Perception check reveals that it's inscribed with a name: Sanita.Boisterous Bruiser: He's eager for a scrap, and if you indulge him he's delighted to 'cook' you with his flamethrower (though it doesn't seem like he really eats people, just threatens to).If you haven't bribed or charmed him (or brought Felix along), going up or downstairs will aggro the whole gang. Berserk Button: He once set one of his own people on fire for having their shoelaces untied.At Least I Admit It: Doesn't bother with the pretense of being a revolutionary like so many other outlaws.The engineer who survived, however, seems to be having a relatively good time, courtesy of a few of MacRedd's mushrooms. ![]() Of course he did kill Junlei's people (though it's not entirely clear who started the fight). Like many outlaws, he lost it all to Halcyon's rigged system and has pretty much given up on a normal life, but once upon a time he was space captain just like you. ![]() On the other hand, a bribe, a somewhat steep Persuasion check, or just having lifelong stowaway Felix along will fix that, and he will let you walk away.
